Seven people were arrested Tuesday morning after an arrest warrant was executed at 713 Oakhill Avenue, located just north of Menominee Elementary School in Plymouth. The arrests come after a month-long investigation by the Indiana State Police Suppression Unit.
Several police agencies arrived at the scene and officers reportedly located several methamphetamine precursors in the home along with remnants of meth labs and other drug paraphernalia. Jason P. Kennedy, 36, Lisa A. Mitchell, 41, Jamie Sullivan, 42, and Tonia E. Flowers, 37, of Mishawaka face several felony drug charges.
Joseph Garrison, 33, Maggie J. Garrison, 29, and Amanda R. Miller, 25, also face felony drug charges along with neglect of dependent charges as four juveniles were in the residence at the time of the raid. The children were initially placed with the Department of Child Services and later released to family members.
All of the adults were booked into the Marshall County Jail.
