Incidents:
02/10/13 Winamac officers were called to Diamond Lil’s for an unruly patron.

02/10/13 A woman on her way to serve one day in jail was involved in an accident north of Winamac. She slid off the road into a ditch and the car ended up on its side. The driver couldn’t get out of the vehicle but she was not injured.

02/10/13 Winamac police were called to an assault call at Diamond Lil’s.

02/09/13 A slide off accident was reported in the 14000 West block of 1000 south in Francesville. Driver told police he was distracted as he was rounding the curve and slid off the road. No injuries were reported.

02/09/13 A Winamac man reported his cell phone stolen.

02/09/13 A suspicious vehicle was seen in the parking lot at the Pulaski County Recycling Center.

02/09/13 Jasper County requested the assistance of the Medaryville Fire Department for a large fire with an explosion. They believe that the illegal material is being burned.

02/09/13 A car vs deer accident was reported by Gilsinger’s Implement. No injuries were reported.

02/08/13 A Monterey resident reported a stolen license plate.

02/08/13 A Winamac resident called police to ask for assistance with a juvenile that is out of control.

02/08/13 A person following a car in Winamac told police that the driver is slowing and speeding and crossing the center line.

02/08/13 A vehicle slid off the road into the ditch by a gas station south of Winamac. No injuries or damage were reported.

02/07/13 Caller advised of a possible drunk driver on N. Logan Street in Winamac.

02/07/13 Winamac Fire Department was dispatched to a home on Jefferson Street as the residents smelled gas. NIPSCO was also called to the scene.

02/07/13 The Medaryville Police Department was notified of a man going through yards and looking into windows at random homes.

02/06/13 The staff at the Good Oil Company told police of a drive-off.

02/11/13 Woodrow Fletcher, 30, of Winamac, IN, arrested on a probation violation.

02/10/13 William Wright, 32, of Winamac, IN, arrested on a bench warrant and a body attachment.

02/09/13 Sean Allman, 42, of Francesville, IN, arrested on preliminary charges of Theft and Criminal Trespass.

02/06/13 Lori Slattery, 48, of Knox, IN, arrested on an active arrest warrant for Failure to Appear. Discharged 02/07/13

02/06/13 Patrick Slattery, 56, of Knox, IN, arrested on a body attachment. Discharged 02/07/13

02/06/13 Lance Nester, 21, of Francesville, IN, arrested on preliminary charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.

Incidents:
02/09/13 A loose dog was returned to the owners in the 300 Block of Lincoln Avenue.

02/09/13 Sherli Simousek of North Judson told police that she struck a deer on State Road 10 near the intersection of 100 West.

02/07/13 North Judson Police Chief Doug Vessely compiled an accident report in which Annette Marlow of North Judson backed her Chevy Blazer into a parked Pepsi truck, waiting to unload product in the Dollar General parking lot. No injuries occurred and damages were set at under $1,000.

02/06/13 Two reports of noise complaints were received close to 11:00 p.m. A loud music complaint was reported on Mulberry Street, which was rectified and shortly after a barking dog complaint on N. George Street. The owners were notified to keep the animal quiet.

02/05/13 Around 11:10 AM, police were informed of a drive off from Carpenter’s Oil Company. A white van obtained a tank of gasoline and failed to pay. Two witnesses gave details of the male subject driving the vehicle and the investigation continues.

02/04/13 Shaun Russell of San Pierre was driving west on State Road 10 near 250 West when a deer crossed his path and he struck the animal. North Judson Police Officer Frank Thomas investigated the accident and estimated damages at over $1,000.

02/04/13 Police were contacted in reference to a reckless driving complaint on Vine Street. The driver was later identified and contacted.

02/04/13 A two-vehicle property damage accident occurred on South Luken Street, when Lacy Miller, of North Judson, was backing out of a driveway. A southbound vehicle being driven by Gabriella Didonna, also of North Judson, was unable to avoid striking Miller’s 2000 Buick Sedan. North Judson Police Chief Doug Vessely estimated the damages at over $2,500 and noted that unsafe backing was the primary cause of the accident. No injuries were reported.

Incidents:

02/101/3 Knox City Police responded to an accident at 152 W. Washington Street. Officers found a vehicle with rear driver’s side damage. The vehicle that caused the damage left the scene. Police were unable to locate this vehicle, but if you have any information on this incident, call the Knox City Police Department at 772-4122.

02/12/13 Roland Minix, 48, 315 N. 150 E., Winamac, IN, arrested on preliminary charges of Intimidation and Driving While Suspended – Prior.

02/09/13 William Wright, 30, 3315 S. Range Road, North Judson, IN, arrested on an active arrest warrant through Pulaski County.

02/08/13 Laura Kensinger, 27, 307 Ruthie Dr. #B4, Knox, IN, arrested on preliminary charges of Possession of Marijuana and two counts of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.

02/08/13 Dalton Campbell, 20, 8740 S. 700 W., North Judson, IN, arrested on a preliminary charge of Conversion.

02/06/13 Kent R. Schumm, 30, 718 Drexel Ave., Fort Wayne, IN, arrested on a preliminary charge of Forgery.
Benjamin Schaab, 35, 6825 Ramblewood Dr., Fort Wayne, IN, arrested on a preliminary charge of Forgery.
