A Plymouth man walked away without any injuries from a single-vehicle car accident Thursday in Marshall County.
Joshua Taylor, 22, was southbound on Michigan Road north of 7B Road when he reportedly fell asleep while driving. His car then drifted through the northbound lanes before striking a fence and then a utility pole in front of the Irish Inn.
Officers say he woke up after he struck the fence and was able to walk from his damaged car without suffering any injuries.
The accident was investigated by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
