Donald Ross Swartzell, 75, of Winamac, Indiana passed away Monday, December 31, 2012. Private funeral services will be held at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is Thursday, January 3, 2013 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. ET at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
