Dennis D. Dowling, 86, of Winamac, Indiana passed away Friday, December 28th, 2012. Memorial services will be Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Pulaski Healthcare Center, Pulaski County Human Services Von Tobel Center or to the Kingdom Kids Daycare.
