Wanatah Scarecrow Festival Continues, Parade Today

The Wanatah Scarecrow Festival continues today!

The parade begins at 11 a.m. downtown, entertainment will be available all day at Tent B, horse drawn carriage tours begin at 12:30 p.m., the talent show and dress up is at 3 p.m., and a karaoke contest will be at 8 p.m. sponsored by the American Legion Post 403.

On Sunday, all of the craft and food vendors open at 9 a.m., the car show begins 8 a.m. at Lions Park and kids can sculpt scarecrows at 1 p.m. in Scarecrow Square.

Arts and crafts will be ongoing, game booths will be open, kiddie rides and pony rides will be offered and free entertainment is featured all weekend.

Free parking is available and a free shuttle service is available at the school, legion and Scarecrow Square.
