The deadline to register to vote in the 2012 General Election is Tuesday, Oct. 9.
You can register online at www.IndianaVoters.com or you can print out a form and send it to your county election office or the Indiana Election Division.
If you have moved or changed your name, update your registration by notifying the county registration office where you currently live or update your information online.
You can vote absentee by mail or by traveling election board under certain circumstances if your ability to get to the polls on Election Day is limited. Applications to receive an absentee ballot by mail must be mailed to your county election board by Oct. 29.
