Robert Bruce Polstra, 56, of Winamac, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, February 7th, 2012. Memorial services will be Monday, February 13th, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Visitation is Monday after 1:00 p.m. ET until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Indiana State School for the Deaf Alumni Association or ABATE.
