Today is Election Day!

Today is Election Day! Polls are open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. prevailing time today.

Knox residents will be voting at the Knox Community Center, North Judson residents will vote at the North Judson Community Building (the old firehouse) and Hamlet residents will be voting at the Hamlet Fire Station.

Winamac residents will be voting at the Winamac Fire Station, Francesville residents will vote at the Francesville Fire Station and Medaryville residents will be voting at the Christian Church Annex building.

The License Branches will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. today to issue photo ID cards in order for you to vote in today’s election. You are required to have a photo ID when you go to the polls to cast your vote.

Starke County Clerk Evelyn Skronski told WKVI that she has received 106 total absentee votes. 27 of those were mail-in votes, 67 were walk-in votes and 12 came in by Travel Board. Pulaski County Clerk Tasha Foerg said that she received 49 total absentee votes. 26 of those were walk-in votes, 14 were Travel Board votes and 9 were mail-in votes.
