The Winamac Town Board will have a pre-bid meeting on July 28th to line up paperwork for the owner-occupied home rehabilitation project for seven Winamac families.

These improvements may include: a new furnace, roofing, plumbing, electrical, windows, and other qualified safety issues. The Town of Winamac received a $125,000 grant toward this program.
