Sam Frain, will officially take over the Second District Republican Party on Tuesday night, June 7th. Frain moved up to temporary Chairman on the passing of the sitting President.
The official balloting will take place at the Manitou Banquet Center in Rochester at 7:00 p.m. ET Tuesday.
