Scot Imus, Executive Director of the Indiana Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association, and Maureen Hellman Ferguson, Executive Director of the Indiana Petroleum Council, will attend a forum in LaPorte tonight that has been arranged by Senator Jim Arnold (D-LaPorte) and State Representative Tom Dermody (R-LaPorte) to discuss gas prices.
Senator Arnold said, “I think the public deserves to know why prices vary so greatly day-to-day and between neighboring towns, and I hope we can get those answers at this public meeting.”
The meeting is open to the public and will take place at the LaPorte County Government Complex, 813 Lincolnway at 6:00 p.m. CT.
